Hi, I’m Zinah!

I see you—holding everything together on the outside while feeling lost inside. I’ve been there, too. For years, I chased success, checked off all the ‘right’ boxes, and still felt deeply disconnected from myself. I was running on empty, caught in survival mode, and ignoring what my body was trying to tell me.

My breakthrough came when I stopped running, started feeling, and learned to trust myself again. Through mindfulness, nervous system healing, and compassion-based practices, I slowly reconnected with my body and reclaimed my inner safety.

Now, as a certified mindfulness teacher with continuous CPD training, I guide women through deep self-discovery, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation.

My approach is both practical and deeply compassionate—we strip away the noise, release what no longer serves you, and create space for your true self to emerge.
