Coaching Agreement
Coach Name: Zinah Nauthoa
Coaching Duration: 4 months
Sessions Included: 8 x 60-minute private virtual sessions (bi-weekly)
Support Between Sessions: WhatsApp accountability + curated resources
Investment: £400 one-time OR 4 monthly payments of £100
Confidentiality:
All conversations and materials shared during our time together will be kept strictly confidential unless consent is given in writing.
Payment & Refund Policy:
Payments are non-refundable. The client agrees to complete all payments as outlined, even if the client chooses to discontinue coaching early. If a payment fails, access to coaching will pause until the balance is settled.
Rescheduling Policy:
Sessions must be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Emergencies will be considered with compassion on a case-by-case basis.
Commitment:
Coaching is a co-creative experience. The client’s full presence, honesty, and openness are essential for their growth. Zinah commits to holding a safe, present, and empowering space for the client’s transformation.
Ā Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. However, no refunds will be provided, and all remaining payments must still be completed.
Coaching vs. Therapy:
Coaching is not therapy or medical advice. If mental health support is needed, the client is encouraged to seek care from a licensed therapist or medical provider.
Communication & Trust:
This is a space for transparency and growth. If something doesn't feel aligned, the client is invited to share their experience. This relationship is built on trust, honesty, and respect.
